Cancellation Policy
Clients must reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost.
Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a fee of 50% of the service booked. This amount may be applied toward a new appointment if it is rebooked within 2 weeks of the original cancellation.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
A card on file is required at the time of booking. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Gift cards must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
